To submit payment, an invoice for the product(s) selected will be sent to you via text and email. Once your payment is successfully received your order will begin processing within 2-4 business days, from the date of receipt. Upon processing your order it will be shipped to the shipping address you provide on this order form. A tracking # will be provided via text and/or email once your order has officially shipped. Estimated shipping time is approximately between 7-10 business days.

In the event that a product(s) needs to be exchanged please notify HER-bal Inc. within 14 calendar days from the date the product(s) are delivered, with at least 80% of the product remaining to exchange.

Return Postage/Shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer. However, HER-bal Inc. will handle delivery charges for the NEW exchange product(s).
