My experience with Cynthia was AMAZING! It was everything I expected. I've received services from Cynthia years ago.. and I'm glad I returned. She's so knowledgeable, explains step by step what she is doing and how it benefits your skin, and the atmosphere is lovely. Her office is so high tech, modern, clean, and chic. It has only been a couple of days since my treatment and I'm already seeing a difference. Love love love!

Side note: She does take a while to answer messages, but honestly she's a busy woman and at least she gets to it IMO.

If you want to be spoken down too please support this business. I purchased items and she canceled my order, I reached out and was told I had scheduled a consult first. Great my mistake no problem. I schedule the consult for the following day, I receive 3 confirmations confirming the time. On the day off, I receive an email from Cynthia stating she canceled my appointment because I did not respond to her messages. I received no communication from her, apparently she wanted to meet at 1:30ET I am in a different time zone and none of the communications state what time zone is used. Instead of assisting me, she got nasty.

I love Cynthia, her client services skills is amazing. She's truly an amazing individual. My good sis stays booked and busy so every 1st of the month at 12 am book your appointments because she is BOOKEDT ! She's truly worth it. She also offers the waitlist and it's truly worth all the wait.

Cynthia is a miracle worker. When I first started seeing her I was dealing with adult acne, hyper pigmentation, and poor texture. These are issues I've been dealing with for most of my teenage years into my early thirties. I've seen several dermatologists that just prescribe retinol's and perform microdermabrasion. It helped, but the results were subpar.

Fast forward to today and my skin is nearly flawless. I never thought I'd see the day where I don't need foundation! Actually receiving compliments on the quality of my skin and not makeup application that I've used to cover problem areas. Cynthia is knowledgeable about all aspects of skin health and so easy to talk to. With these results I'm a forever customer.

If you want flawless skin go to Cynthia! Unfortunately, I moved out of NYC, but she's always available when I reach out for product recommendations and my overall skincare needs.

Cynthia is incredibly knowledgable and knows how to address common skin concerns such as acne, hyperpigmentation, and advanced aging. She gave me a PCA peel to help me get through a bad period of hormonal acne. The peel was intense, but after the downtime period, my skin looked fresh and clear. It felt like my face got a "system reboot".
