Happy Body Overview
At Happy Body they offer Pilates mat training and Pilates apparatus training for anybody pursuing a career as a Pilates educator or to expand their own Pilates practice. This program follows the Classical Pilates Method, including more than 500 exercises planned by Joseph Pilates. The educator training is also focused on teaching all degrees of wellness.
