Your non-refundable/non-transferable retainer will be equal to 50% of what is shown as the total on the estimate. Your estimate/invoice(s) is/are the only form(s) that refer(s) to your non-refundable/non-transferable retainer as a "deposit". All other forms/contracts will utilize the term "retainer" or "non-refundable retainer" for clarity.
