• Please be as specific as possible when filling out this form.
• Please allow us 1-3 days to get back to you. (We usually try to get back to you the same day.) At this point, we’ll discuss your design and give you a cost estimate.
• Once we know how much time we need for your tattoo, we’ll send you a link to our calendar to book the actual appointment for your tattoo. That appointment requires a non-refundable booking fee of $80 (or more depending on length of appointment), which you will pay online at the time of booking. This booking fee is applied to the cost of your tattoo. Cash is accepted if booking in person at the shop.
• We accept Cash, Credit/Debit cards, or Zelle for tattoo payment.
• If you wish to pay with a credit card, you will be responsible for a 3% processing fee.
