Cincinnati State Technical and Community College Overview
The Pilates Mat Instructor Certificate prepares students to create powerful Pilates Mat exercise classes for all wellness levels. People who complete this certificate will be prepared to teach Pilates Mat to individuals of all body types, ages, and physical conditions.
