Welcome to True Hope! Whether you are seeking counseling as a couple, individual or for a teen/adolescent, your initial session will be used to get to know you better and to give you space to share at your comfort level. We will then develop a plan for ongoing therapy as appropriate.

Please bring a completed copy of the new client forms with you to your first session or plan to arrive 10 minutes before the start of your session to complete these documents. Minors must be accompanied by a legal guardian to their first appointment.
