If your brows aren’t faded enough and are too over saturated I will recommend booking a lightening/toning service to start to lift that pigment out over a few sessions.

Your existing pigment should be light enough for pigment to easily go over it without over saturation. Touching up over over saturated pigment would be like trying to put pencil over top of crayon. Make sense?
