Program Overview
This 12-week program is designed to help individuals 14 and above achieve their fitness goals, whether it's to improve overall health, increase strength and endurance, or enhance athletic performance. The program will include a combination of cardiovascular exercise, resistance training, flexibility, and nutrition guidance.

Program Structure
The program will consist of 3 phases, each lasting 4 weeks. Each phase will focus on a specific aspect of fitness, with progressive overload and increasing intensity.

Phase 1: Foundation (Weeks 1-4)
• Cardiovascular exercise: 20-30 minutes, 2-3 times a week (jogging, cycling, swimming, etc.)
• Resistance training: 2 times a week, focusing on major muscle groups (legs, chest, back, shoulders, arms)
• Flexibility: 10-15 minutes, 2-3 times a week (static stretches for major muscle groups)
• Nutrition: Focus on balanced diet, hydration, and portion control

Phase 2: Progression (Weeks 5-8)
• Cardiovascular exercise: 30-40 minutes, 3-4 times a week (increased intensity and duration)
• Resistance training: 3 times a week, with increased weight, reps, or sets
• Flexibility: 15-20 minutes, 3-4 times a week (dynamic stretches and mobility exercises)
• Nutrition: Focus on macronutrient balance, meal timing, and mindful eating

Phase 3: Optimization (Weeks 9-12)
• Cardiovascular exercise: 40-50 minutes, 4-5 times a week (high-intensity interval training and active recovery)
• Resistance training: 4 times a week, with emphasis on progressive overload and variety
• Flexibility: 20-30 minutes, 4-5 times a week (advanced mobility exercises and active isolated stretching)
• Nutrition: Focus on personalized nutrition planning, supplementation, and mindful eating

8. _Sports Performance Workshops_: speed and agility training, injury prevention, or nutrition for athletes.
