I’m going to text some notes: the original deposit was its own invoice and has been paid 699.50 plus any surcharges. The next invoice that was open was for $6,295.50 and has already been credited $3,147.75, leaving $3147.75 remaining. I will share a screen shot. I am going to close that invoice by changing the total due on that invoice to the already paid $3,147.75. I will then send a monthly auto pay plan for the remaining $3,147.75 divided into 12 equal payments of $262.32.

The subscription described above was paid for two months (2/12) and we are going to cancel it and set it up for 10 months in order for it to begin this Thursday and charge every month thereafter.
