What is Posture Therapy?

Posture therapy utilizes specific corrective exercises to retrain your postural alignment and restore balance throughout the musculoskeletal system so you can feel empowered and confident in your favorite activities. 

When we say “posture,” we aren’t talking about just sitting up straight at your desk. Rather, postural alignment is about your body’s ability to hold its intended, functional alignment and have a full range of motion at all eight load bearing joints: shoulders, hips, knees, and ankles.

When the body is functioning in its optimal alignment, the body can heal itself from aches, pains, and the risk of injury decreases.
