Email posture therapy class
If you can’t commit to one on one coaching sessions try email therapy. This is a self driven program that requires all communication to occur via email. If you have a package on file with me booking this way will deduct a session from your package without incurring an additional charge.
Email Coaching: Are you already motivated to workout and take care of yourself or Is your schedule just too unpredictable to commit to a time? Then Email therapy is for you. We can base your individualized assignments on digital photos of your body. With email coaching, all communication is via email. You workout at your own pace, but we provide a Lesson Plan for you to follow. You will be sent a new lesson plan after each new submission of (4) posture photos of yourself from head to toe, taken in good light, from waist height, in form fitting athletic apparel. This should, ideally be done every week for at least the first month. You will finish up your 8 sessions with 8 lesson plans (with 1 routine given every other week) of exercises. This will help you through your work out session. Each exercise is accompanied with a detailed description, pictures, and videos of the specific exercise to make sure you’re executing it with form and safety in mind. While we want to push you to muscle fatigue so you can get maximum results in a minimum amount of time. We don't know your body as well as you do. If an exercise feels like it's too much we are here to help you and answer questions via every step of the way.
You workout at your own pace, but we provide a bi weekly Lesson Plan for you to follow. After submitting (4) posture photos of yourself from head to toe, taken in good light, from waist height, in form fitting athletic apparel. This will last approximately 32 weeks. You will also be required to send a summary of the previous exercises indicating the response your body had to them. This will help me create your work out session. Each exercise is accompanied with a detailed description, pictures, and videos of the specific exercise to make sure you’re executing it with form and safety in mind. While we want to push you to muscle fatigue so you can get maximum results in a minimum amount of time. We are here to help you and answer questions via email only every step of the way.
