Erica Weitz will lead the RUN and Alex Cuellar will lead a PowerYoga Vinyasa Flow ending in a deep stretch. We throw in plyometrics or a little BootCamp to boot!

We will have special treats and an introduction to OUR 30 Day Challenge we both are participating in for the particular month.

AcroFun- Learn the fundamentals of AcroYoga, Basic poses, Beginner sequences. This Class is 75 minutes long. With mat time after.
