Mat Pilates is simple and effective, you can adapt it to pretty much any situation or setting. Sessions/lessons are about 55-60 minutes long.

When you’re doing private mat Pilates lessons on Zoom, please let me know what you have available in terms of space and props then we create your workout around that. Props are optional, and most clients like to build their collection over time.
