Initial Dog Behavior Consultation and Clinical Canine Behavior Assessment, conducted in your home by Will Bangura, M.S., CAB-ICB, Certified Canine Behaviorist, throughout the Phoenix metro area. The fee covers the whole assessment, not only the appointment. After booking you receive the Behavior History Questionnaire and the Trigger List, which Will reviews and analyzes before you meet. The consultation runs about two hours in your home, where Will can see your dog, your household, and the places where the behavior happens. Afterward Will writes the assessment: a Functional Behavior Assessment, a Safety and Management Plan when your case needs one, and a Behavior Modification Plan and Recommendations. Once you have read the documents, you meet again by video to go through the findings and next steps. Availability is limited. The full fee is due at booking and is non-refundable. Services must be used within six months of purchase or they expire.
