Progressions, Level 2

We add intricacies into the movements from the Foundations, Level 1 class.
More unilateral work, balance, and an expectation of understanding Pilates Foundations are required. We recommend 5 Foundations classes prior to attendance of Progressions, Level 2. These intimate group classes allow every participant to ensure precise alignment and mindful execution for optimal results.
Proficient, Level 3

This class requires a strong sense of body awareness and builds upon the Pilates Progressions class. Recommended for those that have done at least 3 months of Progressions, Level 2 class. Recommended for those with minimum limitations in their body. These intimate group classes allow every participant to ensure precise alignment and mindful execution for optimal results.
