4 In-Person Sessions and Teambuildr Monthly
A Three Day Speed Development Camp focusing on Acceleration, Change of Direction, and Peak Velocity. Sessions are Monday June 9th, Tuesday June 10th, and Wednesday June 11th from 9:00-11:00 AM. An initial assessment will provide the athlete with acceleration, max velocity, and force plate data. Technique, power, and explosive efforts will be taught and integrated throughout the course of this camp. There will be a total of three two-hour sessions. Each day will have a specific focal point. Force plates and timing gates will be used on the first day to assess overall speed and force expression metrics. Athletes will receive a free in-gym session with Nick Orioli Training.

True Lacrosse Middle School Speed Assessment
True Lacrosse Presents in Collaboration with Nick Orioli Training the EXCLUSIVE True Lacrosse Speed Assessment. This Assessment will allow the opportunity for players to see their Speed Performance in real time! This is an exclusive offer with Nick Orioli Training. The Speed Assessment will entail a standard warm-up, force plate jumps, a 10yd split, and a 40yd fly 10. The force plate jumps will gather information on lower body strength and force expression metrics to better analyze how the individuals are utilizing their force.
