A Three Day Speed Development Camp focusing on Acceleration, Change of Direction, and Peak Velocity. Sessions are Monday August 4th, Tuesday August 5th, and August 6th from 9:00-11:00 AM. An initial assessment will provide the athlete with acceleration, max velocity, and force plate data. Technique, power, and explosive efforts will be taught and integrated throughout the course of this camp. There will be a total of three two-hour sessions. Each day will have a specific focal point. Force plates and timing gates will be used on the first day to assess overall speed and force expression metrics. Athletes will receive a free in-gym session with Nick Orioli Training.
