We offer virtual consultations for people who just aren’t sure what to do and need some guidance and as a way to get started with a private training package.

$25 for a 30-minute fact-finding session. We do not do any training during this, we create a plan, answer questions, help you find the right package to choose, and answer any questions about our offerings.

Virtual Check-In
For existing clients, we use this as a check-in for select packages.

Consultations and Check-Ins are done via Zoom.
Your trainer will send you the link with your confirmation.
