If you wish to get a numbing cream, there are plenty on the market.
But you can do it,without it.

First thing you need to do is make sure your hair as long enough. longer is better. Your hair needs to be between 1/ 8th to a 1/2 long. If it is too long.I will trim it back. Make sure you exfoliate the area to be waxed lightly the day before, and hydrate the skin.

How Long Does Brow Lamination Last?
If properly maintained, your newly laminated brows can last anywhere between four to six weeks.
How to Prepare for Brow Lamination.
Refrain from using any retinol or retinol-based products for five to seven days before your appointment. "These products can make your skin very sensitive to the chemicals in the brow lamination procedure, and in extreme cases, can result in chemical burns.
You want to make sure your brows are completely clear of any tint or makeup.
Refrain from getting any type of waxing or threading done five to seven prior.
