Cancellation Policy
Support Subscriptions require a minimum 2-month commitment and then continue on a month-to-month basis. After the first two months, you may cancel any time with at least 14 days’ notice before the end of your current billing month to avoid renewal.
(Example: if your subscription starts on 10/1, it runs through 11/30. To stop renewal for December, you’d cancel by 11/15.)
