Our Two-for-One Membership allows two people to share 12 training sessions, making it easier to stay motivated and consistent when starting a new workout program.

The purpose of this membership is to help clients build consistency. By averaging six workouts per month per person, you’ll be able to:
• Create a manageable training schedule
• Recover properly between sessions
• Learn what it truly takes to be successful

Whether your goal is to lose weight, gain weight, tone up, or maintain balance, coordination, and cognitive skills, this structure supports long-term progress.

As we get older, regular physical activity becomes essential. Strength training, endurance training, and agility work help keep the body fine-tuned—supporting better movement, improved energy, and a healthier, more active lifestyle overall.

Membership Details:
12 Monthly Training Sessions: With this membership, you will have access to 12 training sessions every month.

There is an annual Studio Membership and Maintenance Fee of $23.23 June 16 which goes toward equipment needs, upgrades, and expansions of the studio.

30-day notice to cancel:
EFT processing: Your monthly payments will be processed automatically through Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). We also provide the option to freeze your membership for $7 per month, and we require a 30-day cancellation notice. Our payment system is set up for auto draft only.
