About Arya

As a Licensed Massage Therapist, Reiki Master, and Vibrational Sound Therapist, I offer a holistic, trauma-informed approach to wellness. My practice is rooted in creating a safe, inclusive, and healing space for individuals of all backgrounds, identities, and experiences. I provide compassionate care that meets you where you are. I am both a member and an ally to LGBTQIA+, Neurodivergent and BiPoc groups.
I specialize in a variety of modalities, including Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Release Therapy, Guasha, Cupping, Hot Stone Massage, Myofascial Release, Lymphatic Drainage, Assisted Stretching, and Energy Work. As a Reiki Master, I offer both in-person and long-distance sessions, using energy healing to promote balance and restore vitality.

With a deep understanding of trauma, I approach each session with patience, respect, and a commitment to supporting your unique journey.
