Heartland Clinical Massage
Hi, my name is Lindy Herbel, I'm a Christian LMT, MMP, and Herbalist. I specialize in the treatment of chronic or acute pain. Here at Heartland, each massage is tailored to your unique needs. First, you and I come up with a goal you want to accomplish, whether it be walking better, moving better, or just reducing pain or relaxation. My goal is to accomplish your goal. When you first come in, I’ll start by doing an assessment to find out what problems you may have. Then I follow up with whatever tools or treatments I think will benefit you the most; whether it be hot stone, cupping, hydrotherapy, or other therapies that are included in the massage. You’ll leave with exercises or information you need to care for yourself at home. My hope is that leave feeling better and rejuvenated, but more importantly that you leave with a better quality of life.
