Late Arrivals
Appointment times are as scheduled and cannot extend beyond the stated time. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session.


CANCELLATION POLICY


We get it that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. 24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. Julienne LMT has a 50% same day cancellation fee and 100% no show fee.
