What is Xtreme Hip Hop Step??
This is a revamp of traditional step aerobics and includes routines set to old and new school hip hop that makes you want to get up and move while getting a great caloric burn!

XtremeHipHop was created in 2014 by Philip Weeden. Classes quickly became a worldwide movement known as the most energetic fitness experience set to hip hop music.

My goal is to break down the basics and teach you step by step how to move in tempo along with learning the variety of call outs.
We repeat the same movements over and over again in order to create muscle memory. Once mastered we put our skills to the test!
