A perfect blend of styles, equipment, and techniques to make sure you’re always getting your best workout!

Owning wraps and gloves are highly encouraged! However they will be provided if you’d like to try out the class or you are unable to purchase them. Let nothing stop you. 🙌🏻

This class will make you sweat, get your heart rate up and prioritize functional movements. Join us for Circuit, Cardio and Core. If you dare, this class can be done as a “daily double”. Try it back to back with S&C for A FULL BODY BURN!
Speed Agility Quickness (SAQ)
Whether you participate in sports or just enjoy skills and drills to better your speed, agility, quickness, this class is for you. Classes will be developed on a daily basis for the attending athletes. We will cater to performance enhancement by incorporating balance, visual, auditory and kinesthetic reactions, coordination, proprioception and more.
You can have peace of mind and enjoy your classes at the SAME TIME! You train while your kids play with purpose! This is an all ages kids class where your kiddos and take full advantage of fitness and fun.
Flip, Flex, Flow with kettlebells. Learn skills on force absorption, muscle recruitment and how to go with the flow. Learn body mechanics, balance and improve range of motion. Learn join alignment techniques and strengthen your whole body.
