Saturday class is 1 hour and is 30$ for a drop in or included in unlimited memberships. We welcome you with recently pumped arms and endurance improved hearts. Owning wraps and gloves are highly encouraged! However they will be provided if you’d like to try out the class or you are unable to purchase them. Let nothing stop you. 🙌🏻

Experience the thrill of defying gravity as you lift off the ground, supported by the trust and collaboration of your fellow bases and flyers. Our knowledgeable instructors will lead you through safe but challenging poses, amplifying strength and flexibility and a whole lot of FUN! Whether you're a seasoned at lifts and L-basing or a curious newcomer, our classes form a vibrant community where laughter and exploration steal the spotlight. Partners are encouraged. Feel free to bring “tricks to try” after class :)
