This is an introductory package for basic obedience recommended for owners with a new puppy or dog. Cues are taught in the home.
Most people get a new puppy around 8-10 weeks; for many, the reasoning behind this is a desire to control the dog's long-term temperament and guide their experiences as they grow. It’s not just about what you do with your puppy as they grow but how you do it. We will guide you through many of your dog's “firsts” and teach you proper handling and how to problem solve teach you how to successfully handle the many situations you will face when raising a new puppy.
Curriculum
* Potty Training/Crate Training
* Bitining Inhibition
*" Sit."
* "Down" - Canine's elbows touch the ground until released
* "Place" - They will sit on a specific location that you point to (dog bed/cot, park bench, etc.)
* "Loose Leash Walking." -They will walk beside you on a leash
* "Off."- All four feet on the ground
* "Leave It" - Disengage with an object/person/dog
* "Out"- Drop It
* Front Door ettiquete (No bolting)
* Mealtime etiquette (picky eating will be a thing of the past)
