A safe space for emotional processing & shadow work exploration, honoring our natural death/rebirth process.

In this container, you are lovingly supported through the heaviness we sometimes meet in our human experience. We safely address the needs of the emotional body by exploring underlying emotions together, taking responsibility for what is ours, and softening what is out of our control. This session is helpful for transitional phases, navigating the unknown, grieving, overcoming patterns, or understanding conflicting emotions. Receive channeled guidance, learn healthy processing tools, and find clarity understanding the root of emotions.

For transformative healing & coaching it’s suggested to commit to 3-5 sessions (package rates can be found through the booking portal).

Note: This session can be booked in person at my office located in Downtown Wilmington, or by-distance through Zoom or over the phone. Upon booking, please confirm how you'd like to receive your session and all details will be emailed with your appointment confirmation.
