Personal Injury Treatment

A 3 month plan for rehabilitation. Offered for complex injuries, multi region injuries, or other rehabilitative situations in which a time based plan is more suitable for both the patient and the provider than a standard treatment package.
Patient may be seen for up to 25 visits within the period of the plan and no more than 3 visits within a week timeframe. Payment must be completed via single time fee unless other customized arrangements have been offered by the clinic manager.
