Ginny specializes in women's wellness, nurturing and empowering her clients with deep relaxation, therapeutic massage, energy healing, and mindful movement. She loves to help people feel free and at ease. She has extensive experience in helping people release various pains as well as anxiety. She is also a Certified Lymphedema Therapist, working with people who struggle with lymphedema and effects from cancer treatments. She is also honored to work with women who have had abdominal and pelvic surgeries or have any changes with their pelvic floor.

Your session will be customized to you, based on your current needs. You may request a simple relaxing massage or wish to work on tight neck/shoulders and need massage as well as stretching/strength exercises, etc.
