Remote Coaching

First, book as many Private Training sessions as needed (generally 1-4 sessions) to learn 3 unique days of programming, then follow your program from the location of your choosing. Reach out anytime for support with exercise prescription, alignment questions, modification requests, injury concerns, etc. Send videos of your form via the TrainHeroic app for review.
Follow your programming for as long as feels appropriate for you (approximately 6 rounds of the 3 days of programming is recommended) then book another Private Training session (or more) to learn a new programming cycle!
Monthly membership is in addition to Private Training sessions and covers the cost of communication & support plus the TrainHeroic app.
