In the Neighborhood tutoring sessions are great for everyone. These sessions may be inside your home (as long as you are comfortable), your yard, or wandering around your neighborhood. This is a great starting point for all dogs include our baby puppies and reactive dogs. These sessions also naturally build towards Out & About sessions, especially if that's your goal. These sessions are scheduled for an hour of training time.

Out & About $120 Service · 2 hours

Out & About tutoring sessions are great for those who are looking to generalize their dogs skills and be able to take them to local parks, stores, or restaurant patios. These tutoring sessions are scheduled for 2 hours, allowing up to 30 minutes of driving time each way and guaranteeing a full hour of training time. Your trainer will select the exact location of each session based on your goals, the weather, and your dogs abilities. These sessions are also great for our reactive dogs who are working towards getting their skills into more public places. We do recommend that reactive dogs start with In the Neighborhood sessions to set a foundation of skills before moving Out & About.

Lovely Leash Walking Program $1,050 Package · 14 sessions 4 payments of $262.50

This program is designed to be an intensive on getting your dogs loose leash walking skills on point. Over the 6 weeks we will take your dog from dragging you down the street to walking nicely at your side. Each program begins with a private lesson where we get our gear set up properly and start with a few exercises for you to do to help them learn. For the next 4 weeks your trainer will come twice a week to take your pup for 30 minute training walks. This helps take some of the heavy lifting off of your plate, and speeds your pups training along as we start generalizing the skill straight away. At the end of those 4 weeks you will meet for another private lesson to check in on progress and do some trouble shooting as a team. The next two weeks your trainer will come to take your pup out once a week for a field trip to a nearby park to practice taking their new leash walking skills to a new environment. Those field trips are followed by another private lesson to check in, then another one two weeks later to make sure that you and your dog are feeling confidence in your new skills. Living with a reactive dog can feel very isolating and exhausting. Whether your dog just likes to yell at the world, or they have some scary feelings behind their reactivity it can be very scare and intimidating to navigate. But we are here to help! Our two level reactivity program is designed to help your dog feel more comfortable out in the world and learn some alternate skills instead of yelling. It is also designed to help you feel supported and take some of the heavy lifting off of your plate. Level one is focused on your neighborhood. Our goal is peaceful walks around your neighborhood where you and your dog both feel confident and comfortable. This program is designed to be 3 months long and includes: 12 Tutoring Sessions In The Neighborhood 6 Private Lessons Each week your trainer will come to work with your pup in your neighborhood on building their skills and comfort level around the neighborhood. We will start by coming at times when the neighborhood is quiet and build up to focusing sessions on busier times of day. Every other week your trainer will also come for a Private Lesson involving owners to help transfer the skills learned in tutoring sessions, and help build confidence.

Reactivity: Level Two $2,000 Package · 18 sessions 4 payments of $500

Every other week your trainer will also come for a Private Lesson involving owners to help transfer the skills learned in tutoring sessions, and help build confidence.

For dogs 8 Months to 2 Years The teenage years are tough, and our dogs are no exception! In this program we focus on creating good household manners and strong basic obedience skills to make living with your pup as easy as possible. We will focus on things like impulse control and working through frustration. We will also work on teaching them to channel their zest for life into productive choices and behaviors. Field trips in this program will be focused on generalizing our skills to real world situations. The goals for our programs are customizable but generally in our adolescent program we can work on: Strengthening any known skills Loose leash walking Coming when called Place Learning to settle Leave It Waiting at doors Counter surfing and similar skills We may also begin other skills depending on the specific pups progress and length of stay. The longer the stay, the more stuff we can work on!

Smart Start Puppy Board & Train $180/day Reservation

For Dogs 8 Mos and Under. This program primarily focuses on teaching our puppies how to function in the human world! We work on: - being comfortable in a crate, or confined to an ex-pen or behind a gate - house training - socialization - building confidence - settling calmly in the house - being able to be bored - counter surfing prevention - polite greetings, - not stealing things around the house - handling and grooming skills as well as the building blocks for our obedience behaviors. We aim to take two field trips per week with our puppies aimed at creating positive interactions with the world and socializing them. This program includes 4 transfer lessons for a 2 week stay, and 1 additional transfer lesson per additional week.

Clever Dog Board & Train - DO NOT USE $150/day Reservation

For Dogs over 2 Years Old This program will focus more on obedience skills than our other two programs, which are focused a bit more on life skills. We will still spend time reinforcing life skills and household manners as well though. This program will have more field trips than the others while we focus on really generalizing our skills into the real world and taking them out and about. The goals for our programs are customizable but generally in our adult dog program we can work on: Loose leash walking Coming when called Strengthening and refining known skills Stay Leave it Place Waiting at doors Counter surfing Taking our skills to stores and patios Building a foundation for off leash skills and more! We may also begin other skills depending on the specific pups progress and length of stay. The longer the stay, the more stuff we can work on!

This program gives more in depth focus on specific skills to help you reach your goals. In this program we work on everything included in the Companion Dog program with a stronger focus on the leash walking skills. In this program you can also select for your dog to focus on one of the following skills: - reactivity - cooperative care or handling skills - public obedience skills - let's take their skills on the road! - setting a foundation for off leash skills. If you have other specific skills or goals for your dog this program is a great option for customization. This program includes 4 transfer lessons for a 2 week stay and one additional transfer lesson per additional week.

Companion Dog Board & Train $150/day Reservation

This program was created to focus on "lifestyle skills". The core focus of this program is to teach our dogs how to be the best companion dog they can be, and to be easy and joyful to share our home with. In this program we work on building our general household manners, such as: - respecting gates and doors - no rushing through them - settling calmly in the house - polite greetings with guests - not stealing things around the house - counter surfing prevention, or stopping counter surfing if it has already started - being comfortable confined or behind a gate - building a foundation for polite leash walking skills We want you and your dog to have the best life together possible, and this program is a great step in that direction! This program includes 2 transfer lessons for a 2 week stay and one additional transfer lesson per additional week.
