A Holistic Health Coach is a wellness professional and supportive mentor who helps clients live & feel their best through food and lifestyle changes, personalized one-on-one treatment plans, mindset shifts, & encouragement.

We focus our treatment plans on the bio-individuality method. Knowing each person is different and requires different holistic approaches. We acknowledge the uniqueness of each client and partner with compassion.

This category is specifically for NEW clients in and outside the Nashville area who are willing to travel to partner with Her-bal (IN-PERSON) on their skin healing journeys.

Please note that our practice focuses on comprehensive skincare program(s), and if you're solely interested in a standalone facial, we may not be the right fit for you.
