Clay Steinhilber Rolfing™
Rolfing is a wholistic body work that supports and evokes the body’s easeful relationship with gravity. As a bent tree needs to work harder to keep itself upright, so do we while our bodies hold onto patterns and histories, that may tilt or twist us this way or that. By aligning the body in gravity and letting old structural patterns go, we can free the deep resources within us that had been working so hard, just to keep us upright.

I believe Rolfing is one of many ways we can effectively release the deep healing resources within us.

I was drawn to learn and become a Certified Rolfer after experiencing transformation in my own movement and breath from Rolfing. Rolfing is most known for a ’10-series’, which is a 10 session overhaul of the body’s structural relationships within itself, the breath, and the ground. After receiving a Rolfing ’10-series’, my everyday walks felt and became more grounded, graceful, and lively.

Existing movement and embodiment practices, like Tai Chi and Yoga, open further possibilities for deep integration and harmony within our bodies.

I look forward to supporting your movement and ease in your body
