RESTORATIVE YOGA NIDRA, DEEP RELAXATION & GUIDED MEDITATION Utilizes breathing and guided imagery that provide deep rest, rejuvenation and clarity, that balances the brain and the nervous system, rejuvenating and healing on all levels of the body, mind and spirit to experience a natural state of deep calm and peace. Practices are created weekly and include skillful integration.
Included in our Wellness Club Membership and currently open to anyone who wants to participate. At some point, it may only be available to those who have completed an Ayurvedic Discovery and Ayurvedic Yoga Therapy Session with Chaya.
Registration closes one hour prior to class time.
*Please bring any Yoga, Meditation or Yoga Nidra tools ie: yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye pillow or wash cloth. We have some available.

Community Wellness to Evolve and Thrive!
In these monthly workshops, Chaya will present various topics that support the Ayurvedic and Yogic lifestyle and break the ceiling on what that even implies, and how our preconditioned and conceived concepts and images can hold us back, and ways to go beyond them.
They offer a theme of focus and inspiration for each month and provide a blueprint and cohesive structure in a supportive environment to deeply contemplate and put into practice to effect personal life goals.
Our energy follows our attention, so if we put our focus towards our goals and strengths, to move forward with this as our new normal. The next step is learning how to apply this knowledge to set appropriate wellness goals, diving into root causes of fragmentation, observing obstacles and creating strategies, and embracing the wholistic view of unity and holism, in a supportive and committed community which values this holistic Ayurvedic approach to life.

Food: the thread that weaves us into moments, tastes balance our bodies, flavors entwine, and friendships align.

Meet at noon for 15 minutes of breathing and meditation, 12:15-1:00pm Lunch

Ayurvedic Yoga Therapy Group Class In Person
Rejuvenate, Restore, Re-balance, Relax
Chaya teaches Yoga in a careful and intelligent manner that is holistic, individualized and a therapeutic application of Yoga, Ayurveda, Pilates, Neuromuscular Re-Education, Core Conditioning and Somatics, incorporating variations of postures, breathing, contemplation, meditation, Yoga Nidra and holistic integration.
Her small group classes are available to ChayaVeda Wellness Club Members in our new teaching space.
For now anyone may join, at some point, these classes will be available only to those who have completed an Ayurvedic Discovery and Ayurvedic Yoga Therapy Session with Chaya.
Available with membership according to your tier level.

Tuesdays: Focus on physical and energetic bodies with attention to postures, alignment, neuromuscular re-education, conditioning, and breathwork
Fridays: Focus on emotional, mental and spiritual bodies with attention to breath, sensation, yoga nidra and integration

Ayurvedic Oil Massage; Abhyanga
Ayurveda's luxurious and signature massage is a soothing, rhythmic full-body massage that promotes arterial and lymphatic circulation and drainage that facilitates cleansing, rejuvenation, and deep relaxation. The warm Ayurvedic massage oils are selected according to your dosha and condition. Session completes with a warm towel compress.
