Relaxation Group Class: Building Your Dog’s “Off Switch”

Does your dog struggle to settle when the world keeps moving around them? Our Relaxation Group Class is designed to teach your dog how to switch off their brain and wait patiently, even when things are happening nearby. This isn’t about physical exercise or training commands—it’s about mastering the art of self-regulation and learning that not all moments require action.

In this dynamic class, your dog will:
• Practice staying calm while voices and conversations happen around them.
• Learn how to be patient and wait, even if they’re not the center of attention.
• Get comfortable in a group setting where the focus isn’t constant interaction.

This class mimics real-life situations like when you’re chatting with friends, watching TV, or engaging in an activity that doesn’t include your dog. Dogs will practice relaxing in the presence of voices, movement, and occasional interaction, developing a much-needed “off switch.”

Unlike traditional training classes, this isn’t about engaging with your dog constantly—it’s about teaching them to settle, relax, and self-regulate even when the environment isn’t quiet or still. Think of it as training for real-life patience and calm.

Join us on weekends to help your dog develop this essential life skill while strengthening your connection!
