Before You Arrive:
1. Hydrate well throughout the day — water helps energy flow smoothly.
2. Avoid caffeine or heavy meals at least 1 hour before the session.
3. Wear comfortable clothing that allows for deep breathing and movement.
4. Set your intention — think about what you want to release or restore.
5. Silence your phone and allow yourself to fully unplug for this time.

Bring With You:
• 🧘🏽 A yoga mat or soft blanket to sit or lie on.
• 🕯️ A folding chair .
. Sticky notes and pen or pencil
• 🧴 A bottle of water for after the session.
• 🕊️ A journal and pen (optional) to write down insights or emotions that arise.
• 🌸 An open heart and peaceful mindset ready to receive healing energy.
