3Body Wellness LLC, owned and operated by U.S. Veteran Karland Barrett, LMT (MA License #13675), is a holistic bodywork practice dedicated to promoting wellness through bodywork and mindful movement. As a Bodyworker and Movement Practitioner (Yogi), I have cultivated a deep passion for helping individuals explore and enhance their connection to their physical, emotional, and energetic bodies.

We believe in the 3Body approach—fostering awareness of the conscious and unconscious patterns that shape your physical, emotional, and energetic well-being.
