3Body Wellness LLC, formerly 3R Massages LLC, is owned and operated by the U.S. Military Veteran Karland Barrett, LMT MA - 13675, Bodyworker and Movement Practicioner (yogi). I have a passion for bodywork and self evaluation (awareness).

The goal at 3Body Wellness is to provide a safe, trusting environment for clients to practice self-care, with the aim of increasing self awareness to their physical, emotional, and energetic well-being. (3Body)

We accomplish this by helping clients become aware of the conscious and unconscious patterns that exist within their 3Body, once they begin to see and understand the effects these patterns have, then they can begin making conscious shifts to change or remove the patterns that no longer serve a health productive purpose.
