As a Bodyworker and Movement Practitioner (Yogi), I have cultivated a deep passion for helping individuals explore and enhance their connection to their physical, emotional, and energetic bodies. At 3Body Wellness, our mission is to create a safe and supportive environment where clients can practice self-care, develop greater self-awareness, and make conscious shifts in their lives.
