What should I use PocketSuite for?

Use PocketSuite to easily schedule all client appointments, to confirm every appointment with credit card, to request payments from your clients, and to keep all your client data in one place. Eliminate payment risk for your business (i.e. job cancellations, no-shows, late payments) while giving your clients a convenient way to schedule and pay you.

What do I need to do to set up my account?

First download PocketSuite on the App Store for free. Register using your mobile #, setup your services, import your clients, sync your calendar (for appointments) and link your checking account to receive payments. If you want to receive appointment requests online then get a Premium account and install our online scheduling widget. That's it!

How do I get my clients on board PocketSuite?

Easy! Your clients do not need to download anything. Simply enter them directly (name and mobile #), import them from your phone book, then you are free to send them appointment confirmations/requests and invoices.

How and when do I get paid through PocketSuite?

Once you link your checking account and get verified, all payments are sent straight to your bank account in 1-2 business days. The credit card processing rate is a flat 2.50% -- no matter what card type, no other fees.

There are 3 ways to get paid: send an invoice, request a deposit when the client confirms an appointment, request a credit card when the client confirms an appointment and process the payment when you complete the appointment. Your clients simply enter credit card information securely online and payments are sent directly to your checking account.

Is PocketSuite secure?

Yes - PocketSuite runs in a secure data center with all communication over an encrypted data connection similar to that used by banks. We are PCI compliant (certified by Visa, Mastercard, and American Express), we do not store passwords and we do not store credit card information.

Does PocketSuite sync with my calendar(s)?

Yes - your confirmed appointments in PocketSuite are synced automatically with your calendar software (i.e., iCal, Google Calendar, etc.). We also import meeting information from your calendar (i.e. lunch breaks, vacations) to ensure that your availability is always up to date in order to prevent double bookings.

Is PocketSuite available on Android?

Not yet - we are focused on the iPhone right now. However we have plans to launch on Android soon. Please sign up on our Android waiting list to be notified when we launch.

Is PocketSuite available in my country?

Premium Account Upgrade FAQs

How do I upgrade to Premium?

You can upgrade your account at anytime directly within the PocketSuite app. Just got to Settings -> Help & Admin and follow the prompts to upgrade your account to either Premium or Premium+. You can also upgrade to Premium here online, and Premium+ here online.

How does Premium billing work?

You simply need to enter a credit or debit card one time when upgrading to a Premium account. Your card will be bill on the 1st day of every 30 day billing period. Upon signing up for Premium, your card will be charged immediately for the appropriate Premium account chosen. You can cancel anytime before the 30th day of said bill period for no extra charge or cancellation fee.

How do I cancel a Premium subscription?

You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time within the PocketSuite app under Settings -> Help & Admin.
